  • Deductible

    Deductible is the amount of money that a policyholder must pay out-of-pocket before the insurance company starts covering the costs.

    Example:
    If the company agrees on a deductible of Rp1,000,000 and the total inpatient cost is Rp5,000,000:

    • The insured must payRp1,000,000 upfront.
    • The remaining Rp4,000,000 will be covered by the insurance according to the policy terms.
  • Co-Payment for Outpatient and Dental Care

    The insured pays a portion or percentage of the treatment costs, determined at the start of the policy.

    Example:
    If the company sets a 20% co-payment for outpatient and dental care, and the total treatment cost is Rp500,000:

    • The insured pays 20% (Rp100,000).
    • The insurance covers the remaining 80% (Rp400,000).
  • Sub-limit for Simple Diseases

    A sub-limit sets the maximum benefit for specific conditions, especially minor illnesses such as influenza, respiratory infections (ISPA), gastritis, and diarrhea. Since these usually don't require hospitalization, insurers set a separate sub-limit to control premium costs.

    Example:
    If the company sets a sub-limit of Rp2,000,000 for simple diseases:

    • If the insured suffers from ISPA and the treatment costs Rp1,500,000, the full amount will be covered by the insurance.
    • If the treatment cost Rp2,5000,000, the insurer covers Rp2,000,000, and the insured pays the remaining Rp500,000.
  • Underwriting Method

    For groups with a certain number of employees, you can choose coverage with or without a waiting period, offering flexibility to determine the best coverage for your company.

    • With a waiting period: Employees can only submit claims 30 days after the policy is active.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A minimum of 3 employees must be enrolled.
  2. All employees must be included in the insurance program.
  3. The eligible age range for employees and their spouses is between 17 and 65 years old.
  4. Children eligible for enrollment must be between 15 days and 23 years old, still studying, unmarried, and financially dependent on the employee.
  5. The insurance plan must be determined at the start of the program. No changes or additions are allowed once the program begins.
  6. Outpatient, dental, and maternity benefits can differ from the inpatient plan but must not exceed two levels above the chosen plan.
  7. Supporting documents must be provided in accordance with applicable regulations.

  4. Once discharged, the hospital contacts the call center for the final process

Prosedur Reimbursement

  1. Visit a non-partnered hospital
  2. Pay the hospital bill using personal funds
  3. Contact the insurance provider
  4. Reimbursement will be transferred according to the policy agreement
  5. Required Documents:
    • Claim form, medical information, and doctor’s diagnosis
    • Original medical service receipts and detailed cost breakdown
    • Copy of prescriptions or medication details
