  2. Complete the required car insurance claim documents and send them to mvclaims@roojai.co.id.
  3. Roojai claims team will provide a link that can be used for damage surveys and document checks via video call.
  4. Roojai claims team will send a confirmation email once your claim submission has been accepted.
  5. Take your car to the nearest partner workshop or use our FREE car pickup service to the workshop (pickup distance >3km will incur additional charges).
  6. Regularly check the status of your car repair via email.
