You can make online insurance payment in a more affordable way by using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) with a 12-month installment plan for personal accident insurance and critical illness insurance, and a 6-month installment plan for our car insurance.

Can I use bank transfer to pay my insurance?

Yes, you can pay for your insurance premium with a bank transfer through a virtual account number. This payment method gives you the opportunity to select whether you want to pay for your insurance premium annually or pay installments. Virtual account payment is available for all of our products.

  2. Select Transfer or Payment.
  3. Enter XENDIT's virtual account code 88908 along with your policy number (for example: 88908123456).
  4. Check the data on screen, if the details are correct, select confirm.
  5. Enter your PIN Livin' by Mandiri mobile app.
  6. Your transaction is complete! Please keep your receipt as payment proof.

Does Roojai provide mobile payment to pay car insurance online?

Yes, Roojai supports mobile payment options for every product including car insurance.

How long does it take for an insurance policy to be activated after payment?

  • For car insurance coverage, after you successfully pay your insurance premium, you need to complete some quick additional information and perform a car inspection online via video call. Your policy will be immediately activated after the car inspection is approved.
  • For health insurance coverage, your policy will be activated once you have paid the premium. But, if you are required to submit proof of income, send it to our email: service@roojai.co.id max. within 14 calendar days.

What if I miss a payment?

You will get reminder messages to complete the payment via email and Whatsapp. You will need to complete the payment within 30 days after your payment is due, otherwise your insurance policy will be canceled automatically.

Can hospital cash plan insurance be paid with an instalment option?

Currently the instalment payment option is not available for hospital cash plan insurance products. Instalment plan is available for our critical illness, personal accident, and car insurance products.

Can I pay off my insurance instalment early?

Currently we don't have an option to pay off instalments in advance, you will need to pay installments according to your schedule (within 12 months for health insurance and 6 months for car insurance).

How to pay car insurance online in instalments?

  • Get a quote and answer a few questions about car and driver’s profiles, and select the benefits
  • Continue to the payment page and select payment option “installment”
  • Click Next to complete the payment

How to pay lower insurance premiums for your insurance policy?
